George Strait is following up his Cold Beer Conversation with a shot of tequila.

The Country Music Hall of Famer returns with his first new music since his 2015 album with the new track “Codigo” [koh-dee-go], which immortalizes the brand of tequila in which he’s a partner. King George co-wrote the tune with his son Bubba Strait and his longtime collaborator, Dean Dillon.

“A little sip and you’re ready to roll/I’m talkin’ ‘bout Codigo,” George sings on the composition that almost sounds like an extended jingle for the brand.

This weekend, the country legend plays his 19th and 20th sold-out shows at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, with more concerts to come in 2019.
